A fun vintage 60's /70s romper/ scooter dress by "Park East by Swirl. Cotton in a red white and blue floral and paisley print. Shorts built into the skirt with attached tank style bodice. Center back nylon zipper. No pockets. Has side belt loop carriers but no belt present.

Condition- Excellent vintage condition with nothing to note. Has been hand washed tumble dried so it is clean and wearable.
Measurements: I would estimate to fit like a size Medium, but please refer to the measurements and compare them to your own and or a similar garment that fits you to help determine fit.
