Vintage Medium Aluminum Pan – cake, jello, ice ring-sid-30795

This is a vintage medium size aluminum Bundt pan that has aged very well throughout it's 80+ years of it's use. I have used mine for cake, as a jello mold and to make an decorative ice ring for a drink dispenser. This cleans as easily as regular pans. I use coconut oil cooking spray and take it out before it cools completely and it pops right out! I like using these when making "muffins" to get a special shape to serve for company. This medium size is perfect as it takes the same amount of time to cook as regular size muffins. This is 6.5" Diameter with the bundt area being 2" wide and 1.75 " deep, which is about the same dimensions as regular muffins – hence same cooking time, maybe add 2 minutes. Pictured is my double chocolate muffins in the bundt and the remaining batter in my waffle faceted Ekco muffin tin. (Krusteaz brand). So the Bundt is equal to about 6 muffins.

I purchased it from an estate sale in Iowa. Hang it as a part of a farmhouse decor, use it to sort beadwork and crafts, or use it as a bundt tin! However you choose to utilize it, this is a wonderful kitchen tool that reminds us of the history of the US and past generations. I know that it has been used to bake for several generations of hungry children, and those just wanting a special treat from a great smelling kitchen.
