Napcoware Ceramic Juice Set Pitcher and Four Cups C-6240 Made in Japan Orange Citrus Trees Décor Lime Green Trim-sid-89436

Mid century ceramic Japanese orange juice set Napcoware features 4 juice cups and a pitcher all with embossed orange citrus tree design and lime green trim C-6240. The pitcher measures 9.25 inches from spout to base and 5 inches from handle end to spout. The base measures 4.25 inches. It is a wonderful example of mid century decor with lovely orange tree design with orange fruit, yellow flower buds and green leaves all raised and hand painted. Its condition is very nice (based on its age) with no chips or breakage at all. There is varying amounts of crazing on all pieces, which is consistent with its age. There is some added discoloration on the bottom of the pitcher and on one of the cups. As a decorative piece, this set is outstanding and priced to sell.

This lovely set came from an estate near my home and was found in its original paper in their attic. The paper was not salvageable. This leads me to believe it was never used. This would make a great display piece for a mid century kitchen!
